Refund and Cancellation Policy

If the organizers cancel an event
If the organizers cancel an event covered by your package, you will be offered a refund in line with the options announced at the time.
If an event is rescheduled
Your registration remains valid for the new dates. If you cannot attend, contact us within 14 days of the announcement.
Cancellations by delegates

Visa refusals

Invitation Letter Only
Once an invitation letter has been issued, the Invitation Letter Only package is not refundable.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are paid through our payment provider to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or mobile money provider, funds may take several working days to appear.
